With several locations in the heart of Paris, offering a breathtaking setting, we can host your event, and will delight your guests for an unforgettable moment... To organize your event, we invite you to send an email via our contact form.
Reservations are required for tastings. Do not hesitate to call us if you want to know our last-minute availability.

To give a gift, go to the tastings section. You can then select the activity you want to offer. All you have to do is check the “gift voucher” box instead of choosing the date and time slot, and select the number of people to whom you want to give the voucher. Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. These are intended for adults (18 years old at the time of the tasting). All our gift vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-refundable. Once a date has been booked with a gift voucher, it becomes non-changeable regardless of the reason according to our terms and conditions.
Go to the Gift Voucher section then enter your code to start the reservation (ex: 123456/CL111aa11aa11/123456-7/CDL1234567890, etc.)
If only one seat is available, there is only one seat left. If you want to do the activity in a group, we invite you to select another date. All you have to do is fill in your personal information and validate the order. Your request is then validated and you will receive a confirmation email shortly (be careful to check your spam box). This email contains all the information for your activity and serves as an entrance ticket.
Don't worry We follow the classic reservation procedure and retrieve your contact information (name, first name, email, etc.) in order to be able to validate your reservation. No bank details will be required and the proposed payment method is as follows: “payment by gift voucher “x”” (the name of the partner from whom your gift voucher was purchased).
If your gift voucher has expired more than 1 year ago, we will not be able to accept them and invite you to make a new reservation. If your gift voucher comes from a partner site (Les Raffineurs, Promoparks, Smartbox, Showroomprivé, etc.) we invite you to contact the partner directly who will inform you of its general conditions of sale.

To book an activity with a gift voucher, please refer to the question “how do I book with a gift voucher”. Each gift voucher must be booked individually, so we invite you to check that several seats are available when choosing a slot. If only one seat is available, we invite you to choose an alternative date. Our reception team is not authorized to offer visit slots other than those available on the website Rendezvous The calendar on the cavesdulouvre.com website is available in real time. If a date or time is not available on the site, this slot is full.
If you have not paid attention or waited too long and the chosen time slot is full, you can write directly via the form in the contacts section of our website. We will get back to you as soon as possible. No requests will be processed by telephone. The Rendez-Vous team will make every effort to respond to the request as quickly as possible, reserving the right to assess the feasibility of the delay, and will not be bound by any obligation of result. In the case of acceptance of the rescheduling by Rendez-Vous, it gives the right to a new ticket which becomes non-modifiable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, regardless of the reason.
Any request for a deferral, at the initiative of the customer, must be reported in writing via your customer area, via our contact form or by writing to contact@edonist.com. No request will be processed by telephone. The RendezVous in Paris team will make every effort to respond to the request as quickly as possible, reserving the right to assess the feasibility of the delay, and will not be bound by any obligation of result. In the case of acceptance of the delay by RendezVous in Paris, it entitles you to a new ticket which becomes non-modifiable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, regardless of the reason.

No requests will be processed by telephone. For time-stamped tickets, any cancellation, more than fourteen days before the date of the tasting, at the initiative of the customer, will be 100% refunded. Any cancellation, from thirteen days and up to four days before the date of the tasting, at the initiative of the customer, will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the price of the reserved seats. Any cancellation less than 72 hours before the tasting will not result in any refund. For gift vouchers, all our gift vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
